Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS. Delivery timeframes provided by UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, delivery destination, and selected UPS service level. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free economy shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Shipping Area

  • We ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s), shipping box, and UPS label. Email: [email protected]

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order has shipped, except in limited circumstances. Due to the sterile, consumable, and regulated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Reconstitution solutions
  • Syringes or needles
  • Sterile supply packs
  • Any opened, used, altered, or tampered products

We will consider a replacement or refund only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing or fulfillment. Once processed or shipped, they cannot be canceled. Submit cancellation requests immediately at [email protected].

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Insurance

Customers may purchase optional Shipping Insurance at checkout, which covers one reshipment per order for any reason (lost, stolen, damaged). Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Coverage is for reshipment only—no cash refunds or credits.
