Our offerings include reconstitution solution marketed for research use, alcohol preparation pads, and syringes.

Research-use products: Products expressly labeled “Research Use Only” are sold solely for lawful laboratory, research, or educational purposes. They are not offered for human or animal administration, injection, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical use. Do not use research-use reconstitution solution to prepare substances for administration to humans or animals.

Other supplies: Alcohol preparation pads, syringes, and other supplies must be used only for lawful purposes consistent with their manufacturer’s labeling, instructions, warnings, and applicable requirements.

The availability of a product on this Site does not establish its suitability for a particular use or its eligibility for sale in every jurisdiction. We make no claim of FDA approval, clearance, certification, or endorsement except where expressly stated and supported for the specific product.

Site content is provided for general product information and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or individualized instructions for administering substances.

Consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding medical needs. Site information does not replace manufacturer instructions or professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to purchase the products ordered.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, identity, and contact information. You must not misrepresent your age, location, eligibility, or intended use.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or determine whether an order may lawfully be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order if verification cannot be completed.

As a Company policy, we do not ship syringes to:

• Connecticut

• Delaware

• Illinois

• New Jersey

• New York

These restrictions apply to syringe products and any kit or bundle containing syringes. Other products may remain available for shipment to these destinations, subject to applicable law and our other policies.

Our current syringe offering consists of 1 mL, 30-gauge syringes with a 5/16-inch needle, packaged in quantities of 10. Packaging in quantities of 10 does not override restrictions on seller eligibility, purchaser eligibility, aggregate quantities, or destination.

We use WooCommerce checkout restrictions to limit eligible shipping destinations. A checkout error, accepted payment, or order confirmation does not override these restrictions or establish that a sale is lawful.

We may impose additional destination, age, quantity, or verification restrictions as necessary. This list reflects our shipping policy and is not a statement that sales are permitted in every unlisted jurisdiction.

You must not provide a false address or use forwarding arrangements to evade our shipping restrictions. If a cart contains restricted items, you may need to remove those items before purchasing other products.

We do not offer prescription-only products through this Site.

If a product’s labeling, applicable law, or a regulatory determination requires a prescription or seller authorization that we cannot satisfy, we will not fulfill that sale. We may suspend the listing, restrict its destination, or cancel the affected order while the matter is reviewed.

A “research use” description does not override applicable product classification, labeling, licensing, or prescription requirements.

You are responsible for lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of purchased products, consistent with their labeling.

You must not:

• Use research-use products for human or animal administration.

• Use any product for an illegal purpose or contrary to its manufacturer’s labeling.

• Evade shipping, age, quantity, or eligibility restrictions.

• Submit false information or fraudulent payment details.

• Relabel or market a product using unsupported medical or regulatory claims.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Nothing in this section transfers our own legal obligations to the customer.

Product listings are invitations to place an order. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may review orders for inventory availability, pricing errors, payment authorization, fraud concerns, and compliance with applicable requirements. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment and will notify you using the contact information provided.

If a material pricing or product-description error affects your order, we may offer a correction for your approval or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

Shipping estimates are subject to the information provided at checkout and any subsequent communications.

If we cannot ship within the promised time or the period required by applicable law, we will provide the required delay notice, cancellation option, and refund.

If we cancel an order before shipment because of a destination restriction, verification issue, inventory issue, or other reason, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled merchandise and associated charges as required by law.

Returns and other refund requests are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable law. These Terms do not eliminate rights relating to defective, incorrect, damaged, or undelivered merchandise.

The mailing address above is not an authorization to return merchandise. Contact us through the Site before sending a return.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

Product warranties, if any, are those expressly provided with the specific product or by its manufacturer. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KP PRESTIGE HOLDINGS LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or purchased products.

To the extent legally permitted, our aggregate liability for a claim concerning a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including applicable product-liability and personal-injury protections.

 

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KP PRESTIGE HOLDINGS LLC and its officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of products, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our negligence, misconduct, or breach of our legal obligations.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Site’s Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
