What are your products used for?
All products are sold strictly for laboratory, research, educational, or other legally permitted purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped exclusively via UPS within the United States. Delivery times depend on your location and the UPS service selected at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free economy shipping. No promotional code needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
What is your return policy?
Due to the sterile and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We will consider replacements or refunds only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at [email protected].
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing or fulfillment. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Contact [email protected] immediately if you need to cancel.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Are your products FDA-approved?
Our products are not FDA-approved for human or veterinary use. They are sold for research and laboratory purposes only.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order is transferred to UPS, delivery responsibility rests with UPS. We recommend shipping to a secure location. You may purchase optional shipping insurance at checkout for one free reshipment per order.
